Crypto Café Brings Their World-Class Dishes to Iloilo City

If their modern and stylish interiors aren’t enough to pique your interest, then it might be their name that would most likely make you come inside since the term “Bitcoin” and “Cryptocurrency” are a thing right now.


Crypto Café is a modern Filipino café, restaurant, and bar concept from Roxas City that offers unique “consupreneur experience” to its customers. Born in the age of technological advancements, Crypto Café aims to provide an innovative dining experience by leveraging on technology to better the lives of its customers, employees and stakeholders alike
The term “consupreneur” was coined by their CEO, Rommel R. Acejo. Since then, he patented the“consu-preneur” system that allows customers to not only enjoy their signature dishes but also to be incentivized with points consumable in other branches by referring friends and family. This groundbreaking technology is what sets apart Crypto Café from their competitors.

Mr. Rommel Acejo, the visionary entrepreneur behind this futuristic concept was inspired by the lifestyle espoused by trading cryptocurrencies, so he decided to open a café concept that is based around the theme of crypto trading.
At the same time, he wanted to help local growers and farmers by providing them earning opportunities. Hence, their menu is mostly an array of Filipino dishes with a fusion of Asian and Western influences that uses everyday ingredients that every Filipino could be proud of.

The SM City Iloilo branch is their 2nd branch. Crypto Café aims to open 50 branches more across the country by 2020 and while Filipino food isn’t a top-of-mind option when going out with our friends but this restaurant’s modern and stylish vibe, not to mention their new take on the food we grew up eating, might just be the start of it.
